Error message: Too many devices?

DIRTVision accounts can be logged into a maximum of 15 devices at one time.

If you receive a message indicating that too many devices are logged into your account, it means your account has reached the device login limit.

Please note:

  • This limit is based on the number of devices logged into your account.
  • It is not related to concurrent streams or the number of devices actively watching at the same time.

To resolve this issue:

  • Log out of devices you no longer use
  • Go to My Account > Device Management
  • View the devices currently logged into your account
  • Remove any devices you no longer want associated with your account

Removing unused devices will free up space for new device logins and help ensure uninterrupted access to DIRTVision.
