How do I update my credit/debit card on Apple? 

On iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro
  1. Go to Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Payment & Shipping.
  3. Tap Add Payment Method to add a new card.
  4. To remove the old card, tap it, then choose Remove Payment Method.
    • Note: If you have active subscriptions, you must add a new payment method first.
On Mac
  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments.
  5. Click Edit to update or Add Payment to add a new card.
Key Tips
  • Active Subscriptions: You cannot remove a payment method if you have active subscriptions, such as iCloud+. You must have at least one card on file.
