How do I update my credit/debit card on Roku?

Steps to Update Payment Method
  • Via Web Browser (Recommended):
    1. Go to my.roku.com and sign in.
    2. Select Payment methods.
    3. Select the three dots next to your current method and choose Edit or Replace payment method.
    4. Enter new card or PayPal information and select Save.
  • Via Roku Device:
    1. Press Home on your remote.
    2. Select Settings, then Payment method.
    3. Select Update payment method and follow on-screen instructions

Important Notes
  • Remove Method: To remove a payment method completely, you must first turn off auto-renew for all subscriptions.
