How do I upgrade my subscription?

If you have a monthly subscription and want to change to the yearly plan, you can do so on the billing and subscriptions tab from your account settings:

    • Navigate to your Account
    • Click on Subscription
    • Select Change Subscription.
    • You’ll see an alert to confirm. Click Confirm.
    • You will be charged the new rate right away.

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party provider such as Roku, Amazon, Apple, or Google Play, any plan changes or upgrades must be completed directly through that provider.

Roku

  1. Sign in to your Roku account at my.roku.com
  2. Select Manage your subscriptions
  3. Locate your DIRTVision subscription and follow the prompts to upgrade your plan

Amazon

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account at Amazon Account Settings
  2. Navigate to Your Memberships & Subscriptions
  3. Locate your DIRTVision subscription and manage or upgrade your plan

Apple

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Choose your DIRTVision subscription to manage or upgrade your plan

You can also manage subscriptions through Apple Subscriptions Support

Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store app or visit Google Play Subscriptions
  2. Select Payments & Subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Choose your DIRTVision subscription and follow the prompts to upgrade your plan
