My payment failed. What do I do now?
If your payment has failed and you did not receive a specific error message, we recommend the following steps:
- Contact your bank or card provider:
A blocked charge is one of the most common reasons for payment failures. Your bank or card provider can confirm if the transaction is being declined or blocked. - Check your payment details:
Make sure your card number, expiration date, billing address, and CVV are entered correctly. - Ensure sufficient funds or credit:
Confirm there are enough funds available to complete the transaction. - Check payment method restrictions:
Some cards (such as prepaid, virtual, or certain international cards) may not be accepted. If possible, try a different card or payment method. - Try a different browser or device (web purchases):
If you are purchasing on the website, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or device. - Try the app or web instead:
If you are experiencing issues on the website, try completing your purchase through the DIRTVision mobile app (or vice versa), as payment processing may differ between platforms. - Check your payment provider (Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal):
Ensure your account is set up correctly and there are no restrictions or verification issues. - Ensure a stable internet connection:
Connection issues or interruptions can cause payment failures during checkout.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact us so we can investigate further and assist you.
