Stream is buffering/not loading
If your stream is buffering, freezing, or not loading during a live event, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1: Lower stream quality
- Click the settings (⚙️) icon on the video player
- Select a lower quality setting (e.g., 1080p → 720p → 480p)
- This reduces bandwidth usage and often resolves buffering immediately
Step 2: Refresh the stream
- Refresh your browser or restart the app
- Reopen the live stream and try again
Step 3: Check your internet connection
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Avoid public or overloaded Wi-Fi networks if possible
- Disconnect other devices that may be using bandwidth
Step 4: Disable extensions or VPNs
- Turn off ad blockers or browser extensions
- Disable any active VPN connections and retry the stream
Step 5: Clear cache (browser users)
- Go to your browser settings
- Clear cache and cookies
- Restart your browser and try again

- What race you are watching
- What device you are using
