If you are experiencing issues with the DIRTVision mobile app (such as buffering, crashing, login issues, or playback problems), follow the steps below in order.

1. Basic Troubleshooting

These steps resolve most common issues:

  • Log out of the DIRTVision app
  • Close the app completely (remove it from recent apps)
  • Restart your device
  • Open the app and log back in

2. Refresh Your Connection

If the issue continues:

  • Turn Wi-Fi off, then turn it back on
  • Or switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data
  • Reopen the app and try again

3. Check for App Updates

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app:

  • iOS: Open the App Store and check for updates
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store and check for updates

Install any available updates, then relaunch the app.

 

4. Reinstall the App
