How do I switch to a yearly subscription

  • If you have a monthly subscription and want to change to the yearly plan, you can do so on the billing and subscriptions tab from your account settings:
    • Navigate to your Account
    • Click on Subscription
    • Select Change Subscription.
    • You’ll see an alert to confirm. Click Confirm.
    • You will be charged the new rate right away.
  • If you are subscribed through a third-party such as Roku, Amazon, Apple, or Google you will need to upgrade through the third-party you made your subscription with.
    •  Roku:
      • Visit Roku Account: Log in to your Roku account at my.roku.com.
      • Manage Subscriptions: Go to “Manage your subscriptions” to find and upgrade your plan.
    • Amazon:
      • Visit Amazon Account: Log in to your Amazon account at com.
      • Your Memberships & Subscriptions: Navigate to “Your Memberships & Subscriptions” to manage your plan.
    • Apple:
      • Open Settings on Apple Device: Go to “Settings” on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
      • Manage Subscriptions: Tap on your name, then “Subscriptions,” to view and upgrade your plan.
    • Google:
      • Visit Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store app or go to google.com.
      • Manage Subscriptions: Go to “Payments & Subscriptions” and select “Subscriptions” to upgrade.
