How do I request a refund for a DIRTVision purchase through Apple?

To request a refund through Apple, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to the Apple Report a Problem website: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the purchase you want a refund for.
  4. Click Report a Problem and select I’d like to request a refund.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your request.
