I paid, but never got an email to watch!

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email for your DIRTVision purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Use the email address associated with your purchase to log in to your DIRTVision account. Once logged in, you should be able to access your purchased video content directly.
  2. Check Your Email Inbox: Look for a confirmation email from DIRTVision. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered there.
  3. Verify Your Purchase: Double-check that the payment was successfully processed. You can do this by:
    • Checking Your Email: Look for a purchase receipt.
    • Checking Your Bank or Credit Card Statement: Ensure you were charged for the purchase.
  4. Check Your Account Email: Make sure you’re logging in with the same email address you used to make the purchase. If you used a different email during checkout, the confirmation email may have been sent there.
  5. Still Need Help? If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t find your confirmation email or access your purchase, contact DIRTVision Support for assistance. Provide them with the email used for the purchase and any payment details to help locate your order.
