I’m having trouble signing in to watch

If you’re having trouble with your verification code, here are a few things to check:

  • Double-check your email address: Did you accidentally sign up with a typo or a different email address than you’re using to sign in? Try finding the original confirmation email from when you signed up to confirm the correct email.
  • Check for punctuation differences: Small details matter. For example, email.email@gmail.com and emailemail@gmail.com are not treated as the same address in our system.
  • Look at the email domain: Some addresses, like @gmail.com and @googlemail.com, may be considered identical by Google, but our system recognizes them as distinct addresses.
  • Too many devices logged in: If you are logged in on too many devices, it may prevent you from receiving your verification code. You may need to log out of some devices to resolve this issue.

With those possibilities in mind, here are the ways to log in on the web:

  1. Visit:- https://app.dirtvision.com/authentication
  2. Enter your email address or phone number
  3. Click Get Verification Code
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone
  5. Click Verify to confirm
