Troubleshooting: Verification Code and Login Issues

  • Verify Email Address:
    • Check Email Spelling: Ensure that you have entered your email address correctly. Even a small typo can prevent you from receiving the verification code.
    • Use the Correct Email: Double-check that you are using the email address associated with your account.
  • Check Your Email Inbox:
    • Look in Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, verification emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Check these folders to see if the email was mistakenly filtered.
    • Resend Verification Code: If you still haven’t received the code, try resending it by clicking on the “Resend Code” option on the login page.
  • Verify Account Login Status:
    • Ensure You’re Logged Out: Make sure you are not already logged into another account. Logging out and trying again might resolve the issue.
    • Use the Correct Login Page: Make sure you are accessing the correct login page on our website or app.
  • Technical Issues:
    • Check Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
    • Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can sometimes resolve login issues.
