Why am I getting an error message that says I’m watching on too many devices?

DIRTVision content can only be watched on a limited number of devices at the same time. If you see a message indicating that you’re watching on too many devices, it means our system has detected more active logins with your credentials than allowed.

To resolve this:

  1. Log out of one device to reduce the number of concurrent sessions.
  2. Alternatively, go to My Account > Device Management, where you can view and remove devices currently logged into your account.

This will help manage your device access and ensure uninterrupted streaming.
