Why is there a charge on my credit card?

If you’ve discovered a charge on your card that you do not recognize, we’re here to assist you. Please note that we are DIRTVision and can only help with DIRTVision charges. Our charges typically appear as: OTT DIRTVision*.

If you see this charge on your statement and do not recognize it, please contact us and include the following details:

  • Last 4 digits of the credit card charged
  • Expiration date of the card charged
  • How the charge appears on your statement
  • The date of the charge
  • The amount of the charge

Why am I being charged?

It’s likely that you recently purchased, rented, or subscribed to a video network through OTT. You can check what you purchased by visiting: Account -> Subscription.

Can I get a receipt for the charges?

A receipt is sent to the email address you provided when you made the purchase. If you need a new copy of your receipt, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

What if a third-party is listed before DIRTVision?

If a third-party service (such as Amazon, Roku, Google Play or Apple) is listed before DIRTVision in the charge description, this means the purchase was processed through that third-party. In this case, you would need to manage or inquire about your subscription directly with them.
